FOOTBALL VISION
GAMEPLAY AND TRANSLATION FOOTBALL VISION
As an academy, we opt for an attacking way of playing aimed at attractive, effective and realistic football. This is based on a large technical capacity with an optimal match setting (maximum bet, battle, duel power) and well-executed position play with a
high ball pace.
We try to enforce the attacking style while playing as much as possible by applying pressure onto the opponent's half. When a football match requires it, as a team, we can also form a defensive block and continue to look at creative possibilities cleverly to quickly switch and catch the opponent off guard.
The game mode of all teams of the academy is based on the 1:4:3:3 system. The system is played with the point forward or with the point backward. Depending on the specific qualities of the players.
The free man of the 2 central defenders (4) let's play as follows:
-
Behind or next to the 3 defenders, in case the point is played backwards.
-
For the three defenders, in a 'diamond' formation (1:4:3:3 with the point forward).
We want to try to play mode 2 as much as possible. With this we want to achieve the following:
-
Our youth defenders learn to play 1 on 1.
-
To create an over-number situation in midfield and thereby learn to dominate.

As already indicated in the vision, the training vision is based on training players and teams in understanding and mastering the following aspects:
1. Organization in the field, discipline in task execution and learning to play with
spaces on the field
2. Learning to pace to set the pace in the race
3. Mastering the position game and increasing the speed of action
4. The good interplay, where playing smart and simple and daring to play football
are important starting points.
These aspects have a relationship in particular phases 3 and 4 of the training: introduction to the tactical principles, development of basic and team task and development of match- and result-oriented football.
