The accommodation of the academy is housed on the site of la ferme Pédagogique Loukous de Boucharen (15 km east-south of Larache).

In 2024, the accommodation has 2 football fields suitable for the age categories up to 13 years (6 against 6 and 9 against 9).

Per season 2025/2026 there is also a football field available for the age categories 14 years and older (64 m x 90 m).

Per season 2027/2028 there will be an extra small field available (30 m x 45 m).

In addition, the property features a swimming pool and a restaurant.
