The accommodation of the academy is housed on the site of la ferme Pédagogique Loukous de Boucharen.

In 2024, the accommodation has 2 football fields suitable for the age categories up to 13 years (6 against 6 and 9 against 9).

Per season 2025/2026 there is also a football field available for the age categories 14 years and older (64 m x 90 m) and 2 extra small fields (30 m x 45 m and 25 m x 40m).

In addition, the property features a swimming pool and a restaurant.
