FACT LARACHE is founded with the aim of playing professional football in the province of Larache within a period of 10 years. Part of the club is the youth academy. The academy has the ambition to be an institute that has an excellent image in training youth players to become professional footballers. We do this on the basis of an organizational model and approach based on the professional football organizations of Europe.

 

The basis for this is  to be  consistent, to build unity and togetherness and to safeguard our standards and values in this. Within these aspects, we pay  maximum attention to the aspect of quality. Quality in terms of the organization, quality of the technical policy, quality of the scouts and scouting, quality of  the trainers, quality of the teams and quality of the  training, coaching and guidance program.

 

As a basis for the technical policy, we have set an ambitious vision and goal, we create a performance climate and  we have a uniform training and coaching program. As part of the performance climate, we create  the right conditions, so that we can achieve the ambition.

 

In addition to the above models and vision, the academy distinguishes itself by only scouting players on the present football quality and the potential that is seen by our technical staff.
