TEAMS
PUTTING TEAMS TOGHETER
The composition of the teams will start in 2024 with scouting talented youth players born in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. These players will form the under-8, u9, u10, u11, u12, u13, u14, u15 and under-16 teams in the 2024/2025 season.
The players are and will be scouted in the province of Larache.
Then new players are scouted every season. This takes place in the following way:

Every season we scout players for our new under 8 team.

Every season we scout for talents to strenghten our teams.

In the season 2024/2025 we scout also the under 18, under 19 team and a first team.

from the season 2026/2027 FACT exists then of the following teams: u8-1, u8-2, u8-3,
u9-1, u9-2, u9-3, u10-1, u10-2, u10-3, u11-1, u11-2, u11-3, u12-1, u12-2, u12-3, u13-1, u13-2, u14-1, u15-1, u16-1, u17-1, u18-1, u19-1, u23-1 and a firs team.
Up to the under 14, the age categories will exists of 2 to 3 teams. From the age of 14 there is 1 team per age category.

Making sure that the level of the players is in the same range
When selecting the teams, the level of the players is carefully considered. The rule is that the best players play in the 1st team of the relevant category.
In the 2nd team play the players who are the closest in terms of football skills to the 1st team. The third team exists of players who are close in football skils to the 2nd team.
It is important to have the children of the same level train with each other and to play matches against opponents of about the same level, because this gives the fun and satisfaction to the childeren and allows the development of the players to take place optimally.

Women's football
If there is interest, FACT will also consider to start with girls' teams as of the 2026/2027 season.
TRAINING DAYS
The teams initially train/play matches every sunday from september until june and on the holidays between september and may 5 days of the week.

When possible in the schedule of the schools, more training moments will be considered.

APPEARANCE
A professional appearance is highly valued and therefore the clothing package is mandatory. The clothing package consists of:
· tracksuit for the match days, with logo on the suits;
· competition shirt, with jersey number and logo; competition shorts and pair of stockings;
· competition bag, with logo;
- tracksuits and shirts for training.
Each player must be in possession of their own football boots and shin guards.
The clothing package is provided by the academy and falls under the yearly contribution costs.
